Prices below are per week and exclude all Florida state taxes. Please contact us for special deals on last minute bookings

Optional pool heating (recommended October - April) can be requested when booking and is an extra $20 (£15) per day.

A cleaning charge of $80 (£40) applies to all bookings.

Bookings will be held for up to 7 working days until receipt of deposit ($250 / £150 per week) .

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $250 (£150) is due along with the final balance 12 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable after your stay pending a satisfactory inspection from our management company.
