The villa can normally accommodate 8 people (although we may consider 10 by arrangement)
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited both within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors and around the pool area. For the comfort of all our future guests, regrettably no pets are allowed.
The villa is only 8 minutes from Walt Disney World, Sea World is 15 minutes away and Universal 25 minutes. Florida Mall, the state's largest shopping complex and downtown Orlando are also just 30 minutes drive away. Kennedy Space Center and Tampa's fantastic Busch Gardens are all within an hour. The villa is only 30 minutes from Orlando International airport and 1 hour from Sanford airport.
Unlike some villas that back on to walls or neighbouring properties our villa has views over a conservation area and lake, with no close neighbours on either side or behind - a unique position for a Florida pool home.
No unnecessary key collection is required after your long journey. Instead directions and an entry code will be sent to you by email when we receive your final payment.
The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, hand towels, and bath towels are all provided. A small initial supply of toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.
The villa is minutes from Highway 192 which has every kind of store you could wish for. A large Publix superstore is within 2 minutes drive with further stores at Champions Gate, whilst the Premium Outlet Mall is just 15 minutes away and houses many designer label stores including Nike, Timberland, Adidas, Versace, Armani, etc.
There is a wealth of restaurants both on Highway 192 and at Champions Gate including: Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chic Filet, Taco Bell, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Crabby Bills, Charlies, TGI’s, Dennys along with Chinese, Italian etc, many of whom will deliver.
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.
We have employed an extremely professional (24 hour/7 days a week) management company to look after your every need. They operate a meet and greet facility and if there are any problems during your stay full contact details can be found at the villa.
